Privacy Policy
Analyzed Discovery is a zero data retention system.
We do not have access to your data.
Your data is processed in the United States.
The files you upload are sent to inference via encrypted transfer and received by collections of files full of numbers called safetensors, then processed at 50 trillion calculations a second, for about 30 minutes, then sent back to you. The data leaves the container of safetensors, then is immediately deleted. It's a permanent type of deletion. There's no trace of your data anywhere remaining after it leaves inference. There is no human involved anywhere in this process, nor does any human have access to any data sent by you or back to you.
We are not able to view, retrieve, or recover anything you supplied or that is produced as output, because we never had it. We structure our systems this way by intentional design. There is nothing for us, or any third party, to provide to anyone. We cannot give away something we never had.
Your email address is used to identify your account, which we don't have access to. We don't have any of your financial data. The payment processor tells us paid or not paid. We're not sure why our lawyers told us to say we don't sell or give away your email address or bar number. This is true.
There are no minor children licensed as attorneys anywhere in the United States. Do not let your kids use this thing.
We don't have plans to update this agreement. We're probably not going to email you with updates. You should read this before, during, after, and between, multiple times, every time you open the app. There is a link to this page at the bottom of the app in the corner last we checked.

Terms of Use
1. Agreement.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Analyzed Discovery Ltd. ("Analyzed Discovery," "we," "us"). If you create an account on behalf of a law firm, it means you have the authorization to do so, as an attorney licensed in a United States jurisdiction and employed by that law firm.
2. Who may use the service.
Only a licensed attorney may operate Analyzed Discovery. You represent that you are an attorney licensed to practice law in a United States jurisdiction without restriction where it would otherwise be illegal to claim the same.
3. What the service does.
Analyzed Discovery reads the files you upload, provides analysis, and delivers its output to you. It does not investigate, does not supply facts, and does not exercise legal judgment. The output is analytical material for your review, and you decide what to do with it.
4. Your responsibility.
You are responsible for what you upload, for reviewing the output, and for anything you file or rely on.
5. Your files.
Analyzed Discovery is a zero data retention system. When the run ends, the architecture removes all of your supplied data from all systems, everywhere. No human has access to your files, not at Analyzed Discovery, not at any vendor, no one.
6. Acceptable use.
Upload only what you have a right to upload based on your representation. Only provide us what your bar number can support. Do not share your login.
7. Accounts.
You are responsible for your login information and the activity under your account. Tell us as soon as you discover unauthorized use. Violations of these Terms get reported to the state bar of your license.
8. Fees.
Fees are the prices shown at checkout when you purchase. Memberships are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until canceled. A single review is billed once. Each plan includes a fixed number of runs for its period, and unused runs expire at the end of the period. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the fees and any applicable taxes. A price change takes effect at the start of your next billing period and is posted before it applies. If a payment fails, your access will be suspended. Your account will be deleted after 10 days of non-payment.
9. Ownership.
You keep your files and output. We keep our service and methods. You give us permission to process your files and give you back the results.
10. Disclaimer.
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The output is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Please be a good steward of the law and tell us when you see an inaccurate output. You're the best.
11. Limitation of liability.
You are the attorney. You remain responsible for everything you do with the output.
12. Indemnification.
Analyzed Discovery Ltd. is a contracting vendor supplying a tool. As a result, you agree to indemnify Analyzed Discovery Ltd. against claims arising from your litigious decisions.
13. Term and termination.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access for a breach of these Terms. Ending your account does not end your responsibility for what you already did, our ownership of the service, the disclaimer, the liability cap, your indemnity, or the dispute terms. Those survive.
14. Changes.
Changes to these Terms will be posted with a revised effective date, and your continued use after that date is acceptance.
15. Governing law, arbitration, and jury waiver.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement below.
Data Processing Addendum
1. What this is.
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is part of the Terms of Use and applies to every attorney or firm that uses the service. It covers the files the attorney uploads and the output the service returns, together the "matter data." You are the controller. We are the processor. The files are yours. We run them through the engine and nothing else.
2. What we do with your files.
You upload discovery data. The engine reads it, builds the output, and sends the output back to you. Your files are never stored. They pass through the engine in memory and are gone the moment the output is returned. Nothing is saved. Your files exist only in transient memory while the engine runs, then they cease to exist. There is nothing to delete because nothing was ever stored. Your files are not deleted afterward, because they are never stored in the first place. They are held in memory only for the seconds it takes to produce the output, then they are gone. This means we cannot retrieve anything from you because we don't have access to it. No one anywhere has access to any of your data.
3. What kinds of files.
PDFs, Word files, text files, pictures (JPEG, PNG, HEIC), video (MP4, MOV, and other common formats), audio (MP3, M4A, WAV), and the output we send back.
4. Who sees your files, and for how long.
Nobody. No human at Analyzed Discovery and no human anywhere else. The only thing that touches your files is the system engine that produces the output, and it keeps nothing. Your files exist for the length of the run. When the run ends, they are gone. We never train any system engine on them.
5. Security.
We do not publish how our security works. Nobody has access to your files, and your files are deleted when the run ends.
6. If someone asks about their data.
If a person in your files asks you to find, fix, or delete their information, that is yours to handle. You have the only copy. We have nothing.
7. If there is a breach.
There is nothing to breach. We do not have your files. We have your email address and your bar number. If those get out, we will tell you right away.
8. Getting your data back or deleting it.
There is nothing to get back and nothing to delete. It is deleted automatically when the run ends. We keep your email address and bar number, as the Privacy Policy says.
9. Other countries.
We serve licensed attorneys in the United States. Your files do not leave the country.
10. Audits.
Matter data is not retained. No audit materials exist. Security design is proprietary.
11. Which document wins.
If this page and the Terms of Use disagree about personal data, this page wins. Nevada law applies, the same as the Terms, unless a data-protection law requires otherwise.
12. Questions.
