Follow a finding back to its source.

The page references, evidence units, and coverage section make the analysis inspectable. These four features are visible in both example reports.

Evidence index

Facts have source references

Each run assigns evidence units, numbered “EU-####”. The index states each fact and identifies its source; the body uses those unit numbers to support its analysis.

Inconsistencies are set out for review

Section 12 places conflicting accounts side by side, cites both sources, offers possible explanations, and names the additional record that could distinguish between them.

Gaps become specific requests

Section 15 identifies material suggested by the existing record but absent from the supplied production. Each entry explains why it matters and proposes a discovery or testing step.

Assessment

The score is a stated heuristic

Section 22 lists the issue ratings, assumptions, weights, and arithmetic behind the overall score. The report expressly distinguishes this ranking from an empirical prediction of a court outcome.

How the analysis develops.

The report moves from the supplied record to the defense plan, then checks its support and coverage. Follow that sequence in the attempted-murder example.

    Sets out the charges, the people involved, the events in order, and the source of each fact.
